- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: Urgent, same day appointments only. These appointments will be at the Stonechurch Family Health Centre. Call 905-546-9885 to book an appointment; phone lines open at 9 a.m.
Urgent concerns
If you need assistance after hours or on holidays, we have an on-call physician available for urgent issues from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., you can call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 and speak to a registered nurse. They will provide guidance for all of your urgent health issues.
If you feel your health condition may be life-threatening, immediately call 911 for Emergency Medical Services.
Parking, drop-off and public transit
Patient parking is available in an underground parking lot below the David Braley Health Sciences Centre. The entrance for the parking lot is off of Bay Street North.
We validate parking. Please bring your parking slip with you to your appointment. Parking is $3 per hour to a maximum of $8, and payment can be made with debit and credit.
Patient drop-off
If you do not require parking, there is a covered patient drop off available. The drop off zone is off of Bay Street North.
Public transit
Our clinic is close to several bus stops and the MacNab Street Bus Terminal.
